Offshore Services

The Offshore Services section of Panama Insider is authored in part by Robert E. Bauman JD, an expert on offshore banking, asset protection, tax law, and second citizenship, issues of concern to many Panama Insider readers.

Mr. Bauman is a member of the District of Columbia bar, a graduate of Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and the GU Law Center, as well as a former state senator and member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Maryland.

In addition to his status in the fields of law and government, he is also an accomplished author. His body of work includes such titles as:
